Return & Refund Policy – Noman Store LLC

Return Policy Products must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned with all tags attached, in original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other relevant documents.

Refund Policy Once the returned product is successfully received by us, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen refund method. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Refund & Cancellation for Services Due to the nature of services, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.

Alternatively, customers can cancel their order only before it has been shipped/dispatched. Once the product(s) have been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, returns are possible for all orders/products.
